Your Responsibilities
- Technical and Disciplinary Management of the Final Assembly Production Department
- Responsibility for the department’s overall planning and coordination
- Responsibility for the preliminary and final assembly of laundry machines
- Independently supervising employees and trainees in the assembly department
- Organizing and Optimizing Manufacturing Processes
- Coordination, Implementation, and Documentation
- Monitoring and Ensuring Manufacturing Quality
- Close collaboration with mechanical design and external service providers
Your Profile:
- Successful completion of the master craftsman’s examination and the instructor certification exam
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering as well as in work and process planning
- Experience in managing people
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficient Use of MS Office
