RIDE-ON-SHUTTLE – Efficiency meets safety
Our innovative RIDE-ON-SHUTTLE, built on a tried-and-tested conveyor belt system, sets new standards: maintenance and interventions can be carried out directly during operation – safely and quickly – thanks to the absence of protective grating areas. Sophisticated laser scanners guarantee maximum safety, while the ride-on operator always retains full control. This not only increases flexibility, but also minimizes downtimes and significantly increases productivity.
Wet-Shuttle – flexible dewatering, efficient laundry flow
Our wet shuttle offers maximum flexibility in the area of dewatering and is exclusively responsible for the fast and reliable transportation of laundry between the washing machine and the dewatering units. It can travel back and forth between the press and centrifuge, but also between two presses or two centrifuges – depending on the requirements and type of textiles.
This dynamic control allows the optimum dewatering method to be selected automatically, which ensures a significant increase in throughput, especially with short cycle times. At the same time, the drying process is relieved as less energy is required per kilogram of laundry thanks to the improved dewatering performance.
Overhead monorail systems – Automated processes with a system
Our computer-controlled overhead conveyor systems optimize the internal laundry flow reliably and efficiently. Each batch of laundry is automatically recorded, controlled and logged – for consistent production processes, better machine utilization and uninterrupted workflows. The modular design includes laundry sorting systems, feeding stations, transport lines, storage systems, control technology and safety equipment – all seamlessly coordinated.
Suction hoist systems – compact, fast and versatile
Space-saving vacuum hoist systems enable the fast, fully automatic transportation of dry and wet laundry – even across several floors or building areas. The floor box serves as an intelligent buffer system and can be flexibly designed as a tower or battery. The laundry is transported manually or automatically to its destination via suction nozzles, including directly into the dryer.
