Optimized energy management thanks to the cascade principle:
A cascade series consists of two heated dryers and a downstream cooling dryer.
The highlight: the waste heat from the second dryer is specifically reused in the first dryer. The entire air recirculation is controlled dynamically via the inlet pressure and temperature control variables, as is the reuse of heat between the dryer stages. This keeps the heat where it is needed – in the process.
Sequence according to the accumulation principle – for maximum efficiency:
The system works strictly sequentially: one dryer may only be unloaded when the following one is empty. This so-called accumulation principle prevents heat loss and ensures that the wash items do not cool down on the intermediate belt. This not only keeps efficiency high, but also ensures consistent product quality.
Energy recovery down to the last detail:
The entire exhaust air is optionally routed via a heat exchanger, which uses the remaining energy to preheat the fresh air. In this way, even the last available kilocalorie is intelligently fed back into the process.
Three stages for maximum process reliability:
Cascade stage 01 – Heating up:
The burner brings the laundry up to temperature and keeps it constant. This prevents unnecessary cooling and ensures that energy is used efficiently.
Cascade stage 02 – Hold out:
The goods move to the second stage at fixed 7-minute intervals – here they are dried to completion without unnecessary energy losses due to restarts or cooling phases.
Cascade stage 03 – Cool Down:
The laundry is aired and gently cooled for further processing.
