Our dryers set new standards in terms of energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness and ease of maintenance. While other systems still work with intermittent burners, we go one step further: our dryers have continuous measurement and control of the combustion process – for maximum energy savings exactly where it counts most: in the drying process.
A central element here is our innovative gas burner. The gas-air mixture takes place directly in the burner, which guarantees optimum combustion efficiency and maximum energy utilization. Thanks to its modular design, the burner can be flexibly adapted to different dryer sizes. It also impresses with its maintenance-friendly design: Individual components can be replaced quickly, which minimizes downtime and simplifies repairs. Robust materials and a solid construction ensure a long service life and permanently low operating costs.
A particular highlight is the variable air circulation control, which is now also available for our gas dryers. It allows flexible adaptation to different drying processes and reduces gas consumption to up to 0.95 kWh per kg of water*. For you, this means lower energy costs, shorter drying times and a higher drying capacity – all in the interests of sustainable production.
