While many conventional systems rely on intermittent burners, our dryers go further: they continuously measure and control the combustion process, delivering maximum energy savings exactly where it matters most – in the drying stage.
A key component is our innovative gas burner. The gas-air mixture occurs directly in the burner, ensuring optimal combustion efficiency and maximum energy utilization. Its modular design allows flexible adaptation to different dryer sizes, and its maintenance-friendly construction means individual components can be replaced quickly, minimizing downtime and simplifying repairs. Robust materials and solid engineering guarantee a long service life and consistently low operating costs.
Another standout feature is our variable air circulation control, now available for gas dryers as well. It enables flexible adaptation to different drying processes while reducing gas consumption to as low as 0.95 kWh per kilogram of water*. The result: lower energy costs, shorter drying times, and higher drying capacity – all contributing to sustainable and efficient production.
