Industrial clerk / woman (m/f/d)

Type of position: Permanent position, vocational training, full-time

Your tasks:

• Processing support requests (error analysis and troubleshooting to eliminate faults)
• Providing active and individual customer advice and support by telephone and developing customized solutions
• Quotation preparation and tracking
• Creating sales orders
• Internal cooperation with the specialist departments and creation of delivery documents
• Preparation, planning and coordination of installation assignments with cost and budget control
• Recording, documenting and processing customer complaints

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Technical understanding desirable
• Several years of professional experience desirable
• Confident use of Microsoft Office tools
• Confident handling of ERP systems (ideally ProAlpha)
• Communicative and pro-active thinking
• Good knowledge of English
• Other foreign language an advantage
