Your Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management of the warehouse/logistics
- Ensuring a smooth flow of materials from goods receipt through storage to goods issue
- Ensuring accurate inventory management in the ERP system, as well as investigating and correcting inventory discrepancies
- Planning and conducting inventory counts, including evaluating and resolving discrepancies
- Identifying and analyzing relevant key performance indicators to monitor warehouse performance and optimize logistics processes
- Ensuring occupational safety as well as proper load and transport securing
- Coordinating complaint management, including root cause analysis and the implementation of appropriate corrective actions
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed master craftsman’s examination in logistics, e.g., as a certified logistics master craftsman (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification, such as a technician (m/f/d) with a focus on logistics or business administration
- At least five years of leadership and professional experience in warehouse logistics, materials management, or warehouse administration
- Several years of experience in managing and optimizing logistics processes and material flows
- Training instructor certification is desirable
- Experience working with ERP systems, as well as implementing and rolling out new ERP systems
- Proficiency with MS Office
