Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for human resources at Lavatec Laundry Technology GmbH, with a focus on recruiting, employee development, workforce and succession planning, employer branding, training, and HR administration and controlling
- Leadership and Professional Development of the Skilled Team
- Design, optimization, further development, and digitization of modern HR processes and standards
- Trust-based and constructive cooperation with works councils, including negotiating and concluding works agreements
- Advising executives on matters related to recruitment, employee support, employee development, and termination of employment
- Active support for organizational change and the promotion of a modern and respectful leadership culture
Your Profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, education, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on human resources management
- Extensive experience in human resources management at a medium-sized manufacturing company
- Knowledge of individual and collective labor law, as well as works council law and social security law issues
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a pragmatic and decisive approach, and a warm and authentic demeanor
- A close relationship with the workforce and a keen understanding of employees’ concerns and needs
