Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management of the final assembly production department
- Responsibility for the overall planning and coordination of the department
- Responsibility for the pre-assembly and final assembly of laundry machines
- Independent management of employees and trainees from the assembly department
- Organizing and optimizing production processes
- Coordination, implementation and documentation
- Monitoring and ensuring production quality
- Close cooperation with the mechanical design department and external service providers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed master craftsman examination and trainer aptitude test
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering as well as in work and process planning
- Experience in personnel management
- Experience in working with ERP systems
- Confident handling of MS-Office
